This shouldn't even have to be stated, but just so no one can say they didn't know: blurring IC with OOC will never be tolerated for any reason. You will respect all members, and any sort of harassment or plagiarism will lead to immediate removal. Drama IC is always acceptable; it just needs to stay there. If you have any questions, comments, concerns, or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to us. Once accepted, you may request a PB change with mod approval. We understand that, as you get a better feel for your character, things might change slightly. However, we ask that you try not to change your face every other week. If it becomes a problem, we'll let you know that no further changes will be approved. Don't be a creep or a headache (in the pain sense—not because you have questions or concerns). This is an enjoyable hobby for all of us, and we'd like to keep it that way. There is very little chance this is the first community you've ever joined, so please don't act as though rules, basic human decency, and RP etiquette are new or surprising. Removing people who can't meet those expectations is, quite literally, as easy as pressing a button.

Make sure your entries are backdated so there's no clutter on the friends page, and remember to add the mod journal so we can view your journal. • Basic information (name, DOB, career, hometown, current location, a few solid character ideas, etc.). We're allowing the bare minimum, so please don't give us the barelynthere effort.
• A friends-only post and an OOC post.
•An OOC username without excessive numbers or special characters.
All PBs must be 18+ and follow the five-year rule. There is currently a two-character limit, as both locations and members may eventually cap. If you bring in a second character, we ask that you place them in the opposite location.

Removals will take place on the first of every month. In addition to updates and check-ins, we'll also remove journals with outdated friends lists to help keep the community active and free of dead weight. If you've been removed and would like to reapply, you're more than welcome to do so. Just remember to update regularly and keep your friends list current. update requirements

The requirements are minimal and relaxed. We ask for at least one substantial update each month (narratives, mixed media, plot posts, etc.). If your update is interactive, please make an effort to reply to 70–80% of the comments.

There will be a simple mid-month activity check where all you need to do is comment that you're still around. Life gets busy and can catch all of us off guard, but please do your best to comment on intros and updates so everyone feels welcomed. When the friends page dies, even the best communities eventually follow.

Update extensions are granted for one week. Intro extensions are granted for five days. hiatuses are encouraged if you'll be away for longer than one week
